CTSA Scholarship for Predoctoral Students (T32)
Up one levelThe CTSA Scholarship program offers clinical and translational research experience and training for Pre-Doctoral Students in Medicine, Nursing, or Physical Therapy. The scholarship’s provision of clinical research training enhances programs designed to expose students to clinical research earlier in their careers.
Scholarship Details
Successful applicants for this scholarship receive financial and mentorship support for either one or two years of academic coursework and research in the Clinical Research Training Program (crtp.mc.duke.edu).
In the one-year program, students conduct mentored research and complete the core CRTP coursework curriculum. Successful completion of all requirements leads to a certificate in clinical research.
Students who wish a more intensive research experience complete a second year. These student scholars graduate from Duke University with a master of health sciences in clinical research degree upon successful completion of all CRTP degree requirements.
